As your financial planner and wealth manager, my role is to be your navigator. I will help you understand where you want to go, organise your finances so you can get there and keep you on track throughout the journey.
In other words, I will provide no-nonsense, jargon-free advice to help you plan your finances and safeguard the future of you and your family in the short, medium and long terms.
I work with two, often overlapping, types of people.
The first is individual clients and their families. When you come to me as an individual client we will put in place and manage financial plans so that you can:
- Protect, build and manage your assets
- Retire when you want to and enjoy a high standard of living
- Pass on as much of your wealth as you can to your children by reducing the amount of inheritance tax owed.
I also work with business owners. When you come to me as a business owner we will put in place and manage financial plans so that you can:
- Protect your business in event of unforeseen circumstances
- Attract, retain and reward the best employees
- Meet all your financial obligations to you, your employees and your shareholders.
I choose to work closely with all my clients. I like to get to know your individual situation and build a strong partnership that grows throughout your lifetime and even into your childrenís lifetimes. Doing this means we can put together and manage the financial plans that are right for your unique circumstances. As an Associate Partner Practice of St. James's Place Wealth Management, my advice is covered by its guarantee and I have access to the information, knowledge and clout that only an organisation like St. James's Place has.
Providing effective financial planning and wealth management advice is a responsibility that I take very seriously. I am a Chartered Financial Planner, which means I am one of the most highly qualified financial planners in the UK. I was elected as a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute in 2012: fellowship is regarded as the premier qualification for those working in the financial planning industry. I am also an Associate Member of the Society of Later Life Advisers and an Affiliate Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Aside from my financial qualifications, I also have a degree in law.
I live in Hereford with my husband and son. Away from work I am a member of my sonís school PTA and I get involved with charitable fundraising with my local Rotary and the St. James's Place Foundation.
I work in Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Shropshire, Monmouthshire and beyond. If you think I might be able to help you, please contact me to arrange a no obligation initial consultation where we can get to know each other and have a friendly and relaxed chat about your financial aims and objectives.
