Kirsty Tyler

FPFS FCII TEP SOLLA

I have worked with some of my clients for many years. They stay with me because they value my friendly, personable approach, no-nonsense, jargon-free advice, and the fact that I’m by their side whatever life throws at them.

About

While many financial advisers specialise in either business clients or individuals, I work with both – which means I can help with all aspects of your financial planning, including:

  • Protecting, building and managing your investments and assets.
  • Providing financial protection for your family in the event of death or critical illness.
  • Planning to retire when you want to, with the financial freedom to do the things you love.
  • Passing on as much of your wealth as possible to your children by reducing the amount of inheritance tax due.
  • Protecting your business – and your most valuable members of staff – in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

My aim is to work closely with my clients - getting to know them, their families, and their aspirations, as well as their financial circumstances. They trust me to develop and manage the financial plans that help get them to where they want to be in life.

It is important to me that my clients fully understand the advice I am giving them, and the reasons for it, so that they can make informed decisions about their future. I work at your pace; if want to take some time to think about what I am recommending, that is fine. And if you decide, after meeting me, that I’m not the right adviser for you – that’s fine too.

As an Associate Partner Practice of St. James's Place, my advice is covered by its guarantee, and I have access to the information, knowledge and resources of one of the UK’s most respected wealth management companies.

The technical bit…

As a Chartered Financial Planner, I’m one of the UK’s most highly qualified financial advisers. I qualified in 2000, and was elected as a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute – regarded as the premier qualification within the financial planning industry – in 2012. I am a Full Member of both the Society of Later Life Advisers and the Society of Trust* and Estate Practitioners. This means I have strong technical knowledge, together with the soft skills needed to work with more vulnerable clients.

Originally from Rugby, I now live in the beautiful cathedral city of Hereford with my husband and son. Outside work, I’m a school Governor, scorer for my local village cricket team, and ‘cheerer-on’ for my son’s rugby team.

I have clients in Herefordshire, surrounding counties and beyond, and am happy to meet face to face or via web-meetings. If you’d like to find out more about working with me, get in touch to arrange a no-obligation consultation where we can get to know each other and have a friendly and relaxed chat about your financial aims and objectives.

The value of an investment with St. James's Place will be directly linked to the performance of the funds you select and the value can therefore go down as well as up. You may get back less than you invested.

The levels and bases of taxation and reliefs from taxation can change at any time. The value of any tax relief depends on individual circumstances.
